Logging on for the first time
Your login is the email address that your organisation has registered with Think Global. Enter your registered email address in the box and then click "retrieve password." Please check junk mail if it has not arrived within a few minutes.

Who can login?
If you have multiple members of staff who want to use the Think Global Members area that is fine - they will simply need to enter the registered organisational email address and have access to password.

If the registered email address is an individual's email address then that individual will need to share the password with colleagues in order that they can login.

Password reminders
Password reminders can only be sent to the registered email address.

Forums use different logins
Please note that your Members Area login and password will be different to your Forums login and password unless it is your individual email address that is registered organisation address. The Forums logins and passwords are unique to the individual email address of each person commenting.
