Tom is responsible for all Think Global's work.
Tom Franklin joined Think Global in January 2012 from his former role as Chief Executive of Britain’s walking charity, the Ramblers' Association. Tom Franklin has been Chief Executive of the Ramblers, since September 2007. Prior to that, he was CEO of Living Streets for five years. He was also a senior London Councillor for twelve years.
Kate Brown

Responsible for Think Global's work to support schools.
Kate joined Think Global in August 2009. She is a trained Citizenship teacher, and has taught Citizenship and humanities subjects in secondary schools in the UK and abroad. She has also worked as an educational consultant for national and international NGOs, and is the author of several teaching guides. Kate has a Masters in Development and Education, and is currently studying for a PhD as a member of the Development Education Research Centre at the Institute of Education.

Responsible for communicating Think Global's mission to schools and teachers and managing the Global Dimension Website for teachers.
Before joining Think Global in October 2004, Moira worked for the British Council where she was variously responsible for editing publications, developing websites and promoting their sport leadership programmes. Moira has a degree in French, German and International Relations.
Sejal Patel

Responsible for managing DFID mini grants, the European Commission Capacity Building project, the Global Youth Action Project, and wider liaison with our networks.
Sejal joined Think Global in May 2008, having previously worked for the Department for International Development (DFID). She graduated from Kingston University in 2006, with an Honours degree in Business Information Technology.
Sarah Williams

Responsible for Think Global’s programme delivery.
Before joining Think Global in May 2009 Sarah worked at Toynbee Hall setting up Active Citizenship projects, prior to that she led the youth network and educational outreach programmes at STAR (Student Action for Refugees). She has a BA in American History and an MA in Applied Anthropology and Youth and Community work at Goldsmiths, London.
Richard Leishman

Responsible for Think Global's operational administration and financial affairs.
Richard joined Think Global in April 2010. He has worked for 10 years in various operational and financial positions within Pearson PLC, ultimately becoming Finance Director of the Financial Times. More recently he founded and ran a successful entertainment website.
He has an MBA from London Business School and an Engineering Masters from Imperial College.
Anneliese Gamper

Anneliese has a Secondary Geography PGCE from the Institute of Education and previously worked as Head of Geography and PSHE Coordinator in secondary schools in London. She graduated from Leeds University with a BA in Development Studies.
Michaela Keating

Michaela has worked in communications in the government and the not for profit sectors. Previously a journalist, Michaela has a degree with Honours in English and Politics and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism.
Amy West

Amy is a Programme Manager at Think Global, and also works as a Global Learning Programme (GLP) local advisor in London. Before joining Think Global in April 2012, Amy worked as the School Linking Coordinator and Youth Engagement Officer at Plan UK. Amy has completed an MA in Education and International Development from the Institute of Education. She also has a PGCE and has taught secondary music at The Castle School, South Gloucestershire.

Sunna spent a year volunteering and travelling around South East Asia. She has wide experience of office management within the public and private sector. Sunna graduated from Goldsmiths University in 2010 with first class honours in anthropology.
